The third form of private or
semi-private coaching and consultation combines both of the breakdowns
and development services above, and brings in the
additional services of facilitator and translator so that the multiple players involved
with any collaborative effort are having the same conversation, drawing out the best in
themselves and others, and achieving the greatest collective potential.
Most collaborative
projects fail in part or whole either because no one has a clear vision of what they are after (or how to
achieve it), and/or because the various players having input have differing, conflicting,
and generally unspoken expectations and desires.
Again, this can begin with or
without a script or manuscript in hand and is best served the earlier in the process the
better. It also serves to bring into relief when key players do not know what they want,
do not have what they need, or are selling short what they could develop and take to the
world. Private in-house training & organizational/resource development are also
available.
Taken independently or
together, these drastically increase the likelihood of success by any and all
measures and generally redefine it... All while saving massive time and money in
wasted efforts, needless (and never ending) strings of writers and revisions, and/or
projects that come to completion only as anemic versions of what they could have been.
